Ari tuh, den poie lah jonjalan kek pokan PD. Montang-montang tak dapek tengok laut berpantai bozaman-zaman lah katokan, jadik pun gianlah nak main kuis-kuis "pasir putih tepi pantai" dongan "mendengar deruan ombak laut sambil dibuai angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa". Lopeh jonjalan tu, biaso lah.. den dongan kroni-kroni den kalau tak singgah kodai minum-minum potang, pokono teh tarik ko, memang tak sah.
Abih tu, singgah la kek satu kodai kek dopan Ocean PD tu. Kodai tu "agak hip and happening" gak la. Bosa dan soleso gak. Abih tu, semuo orang pun posan la makanan dan minuman. Bobudak kocik ni aa.. bukan main laie, main kojar-kojar koliling mejo. Nasib orang kodai tu tak marah. Bilo tanyo nak makan apo, den pun order roti bakar ngan teh "o" limau paneh. Sajo nak tuka angin. Asyik ari-ari minum teh yo, kek rumah pun buleh buek sondiri. Kanak-kanak ni ado yang order roti canai biasa, roti canai banjir, nasi goreng ayam (ni lah namo eh tong bocor, porut eh kocik, makan eh ngalahkan orang bosar). Ado yang order teh panas atau teh tarik yo, ini konon ala-ala diet la ni. Yang polik tu, bobudak kocik ni order "Milo Ais Tabur". Seumo hidup den tak ponah donga laie la minuman namo ee "Milo ais tabur". Den ingat bodudak yo yang suko. Rupo eeh, bilo sampai yo air tu, den pulak minum lobeh-lobeh dari bobudak ni aa. Uiih aiii.. sodap ehh.. milo ais eh memangla dah sodap, dilotak laie sorbuk Milo kek ateh ais tu, tobal eh soinci aa.. huih aiiiii.. "tangkap leleh" jugak aa. Cumo takdo camera ngan den ni, kalau tak memang dah snap sokoping duo gamba ni aa.

Somalam pulak, den bawak pulak kroni-kroni den yang kek Soromban ni poie lepak minum potang kek tompek lepak baru "Pak Tam kopitiam" kek Soromban 2. Memang best!! Thumbs up to Pak Tam whom have successfully brings the "kopitiam" element from the old days back to life. Everything was perfect, from the services, the settings of the restaurant to the friendliness of Pak Tam and his crew. Kudos to Pak Tam! And the food was just .. sedap, suit my tastes. Nanti lain kali den poie, den nak amik gamba dongan Pak Tam lah pulak. Dio ni kona dongan Pakcik den yang kojo samo-samo kek JKR Soromban. Kali ni den dah siap ann awal-awal camera nak amik gamba-gamba makanan kogomaran den. Maklumlah, kot lah nanti bilo-bilo den lapa ngan takdo duit, dapekla den nengok-nengok gamba ni aa, konyang gak nanti.
The first pic is the roti bakar with butter and "kaya" (coconut milk jam)... Traditionally toasted thick white bread... makes you people drool innit?? Feveret saya ni.
My rating 10/10.
This one is my second trial and error experiment, the drink "Kopi O Lemon" (Black coffee with lemon). I have never tried this drink before. The taste is quite unique. But then again, I would stick to just tea with lemon.
This one is the ubi rebus cicah sambal tumis macam style nenek-nenek masak kat kampung. This is a traditionally steamed tapioca eaten with chillie (sambal) paste. Thumbs up for the makcik who made this sambal drooling:P~~
My rating 8/10.
My rating for sambal only 10/10.
After spending some time hanging out at this kopitiam, I now developed an ambition to open a restaurant, as niche as a kopitiam kampung style like this one. (20 year-old fridge and a 20 year old cupboard style "para-para" dah ada dah, boleh guna to create antique looks in the restaurant). InsyaAllah. hehehehe..mama, jangan marah...
